Innes House is a historic Highland estate located in the scenic countryside of Moray in the Northeast of Scotland, covering 5000 acres of farmland, meadows, paddocks and woodlands.
The estate sits just above the spectacular mountains of Cairngorm National Park, to the west of the historic Spey Valley and its famous malt distilleries. And with the golden beaches of Moray right on our doorstep, guests can immerse themselves in this richly varied landscape, or simply stay at the castle and enjoy a retreat from daily life, taking walks through our parklands with plenty of rare and historic trees to discover.
Accessible within the Highlands, Innes is close to both Inverness (50 minutes’ drive) and Aberdeen airport (1 hrs 20 minutes’ drive).

Innes House is set within our much-loved walled garden. Whether walking within the garden walls or venturing beyond into the historic woodlands, a plethora of nature and wildlife will accompany you at every step.
Sustainability
The Innes Estate is rooted in both history and the future. Combining traditional Scottish farming with modern stewardship, the estate is dedicated to sustainability, conservation, and the careful management of its unique natural environment.
