These luxury holiday cottages combine modern comfort with the charm of a historic Highland estate, making them ideal for family holidays, weekend escapes, or extra accommodation during an exclusive-use castle stay. Our holiday lets are booked separately from Innes House but can easily be booked as part of your stay (subject to availability) if additional accommodation is required.
Breakfast items are provided in a welcome basket for your first day including fresh local bread, butter, milk, eggs, jam, apple juice, tea and coffee.

Set within the tranquil grounds of the Innes Estate, this beautifully restored farmhouse offers commanding views to the west and a unique blend of modern luxury and traditional charm. Sleeping up to eight guests across five bedrooms, it’s perfect for families or groups seeking self-catering accommodation in Moray. Guests can enjoy commanding views to the west and a peaceful Highland atmosphere.
