Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, whisky is her passion, and she offers bespoke packages complete with illuminating anecdotes and insight to bring the experience alive and make it even more memorable.
Foraging & Lunches
Explore the best of Scotland’s larder with local chef and forager, Tim Maddams. Starting in the main hall of Innes House, Tim will take guests on a foraging experience around the grounds to find plants, trees and flowers that can be used in meals or eaten straight from the plant. With Tim’s guidance you’ll try your hand at making magical botanicals, finishing up (or starting off) with a delectable lunch, all making for a fabulous culinary experience. An acclaimed chef, Tim sources ingredients from his own kitchen garden, Innes House kitchen garden and from the local surroundings.
