A home, mellow with
age and hospitality
Innes House is a luxury exclusive-use estate located in Scotland, located in picturesque Moray in the Northeast Highlands, covering five thousand acres of farmland, meadows, paddocks and woodlands.
At the heart of the estate within the walled gardens lies Innes House, a 17th-century historic Scottish manor, grand yet warm and welcoming, giving guests a home-from-home experience in a unique Highland castle-style setting.
Perfectly positioned between the spectacular peaks of the Cairngorm National Park, the illustrious distilleries of the Spey Valley, and the golden sands of the Moray Firth, Innes House is an idyllic gathering place and landmark for those seeking luxury accommodation in Scotland.

Stay
With exclusive use of the entire castle, this is your chance to enjoy the finest Scottish hospitality. The house sleeps 38 people across 20 individually designed bedrooms, and guests can make themselves at home in the relaxing reception areas, private dining rooms, a Whisky Room, Billiards Room and delightful gardens. Innes offers the ideal setting for holidays, private celebrations, corporate meetings and rural activity retreats.
About Innes House
Dating back to 1640, Innes House Estate spans over 5000 acres, with Innes House positioned at the heart. In addition, the estate is home to several lovely self-catering holiday lets, as well as tenanted farms and some 30 dwelling properties scattered across the estate. With a mixture of agricultural and woodlands, contributing to an overall mixed farming pattern across the whole Estate, we also sustain an extensive range of flora and fauna, and many rare and historic trees.

Activities
With both mountains and beaches right on our doorstep, Innes is the perfect base for a grand Highlands retreat, although you are more than welcome to make the most of the house itself and retreat from daily life, taking walks through our parklands with plenty of rare and historic trees to discover.
Accessible within the Highlands, Innes is close to both Inverness (50 minutes’ drive) and Aberdeen airport (1 hrs 20 minutes’ drive).
To have and to hold
It’s the most memorable day of your life, so why settle for anything less than the beautifully romantic Innes House?
Innes is first and foremost a private house and a family home situated in the North of Scotland. Zoë and I took over the reins from my parents, in 2016. As owners we are very proud of Innes House, not only as the custodians of its architectural beauty, but for the great feedback we receive from our guests about the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful food and our staff's natural passion for hospitality within a historic surrounding.
