With over 3000 acres Innes Estate is a mixture of agricultural and woodland policies, which provides predominantly cattle and dairy farming. We have a wide range of flora and fauna, and many historic and unusual trees. The Estate also has tenanted farms and they contribute to an overall mixed farming pattern across the whole Estate.

Innes Estate owns approximately 26 cottages, these range from small character cottages to large detached houses. It is the Estate's policy to look actively after our property, with development and change of use featuring wherever possible to meet the demands of the local economic climate. An active policy of developing our assets is at the forefront of our Estate Management policy to sustain the estate in the future.
